Call two times to place an order Portland Maine Teavana and each time I was told someone would call me back they never did so I called the Manchester Teavana and they filled my order immediately I was very disappointed with the service from the Portland Maine Teavana.
Excellent service and knowledgeable people. Recommendations on everything from finding a new tea to try to finding the right teapot for the amount of tea you drink at a time. Great selection of tea as well.
