Jay and Marty went above and beyond to meet our needs and price range on a new Ford Focus. We had a tight budget with very little wiggle room but they found a way to get us into the car of our dreams. I can't stop smiling about it!
MONKEY BUSINESS !!! Bought the car from them online. I came to pick it up 1 hour before they close. When I walked in 3 or 4 sales people were in a show room talking to each other. When I said that I was there to pick up Saab that I purchased online the guy seemed like he couldn’t care less about that. He responded with extremely rude and disrespectful attitude that he had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked to speak with the manager he said that he was the manager and called me a..hole and told me to get out and leave the dealership on just my question to him "you are the manager and you don't know anything about sold car online?". If he can not handle that simple question and freaking out what kind of manager is he .... I asked his name and he said Marty. Then I went outside. Another lady went and brought the car. Being in automotive business myself I was shocked how the manager of new car dealership treats his customers. Terrible attitude, rudeness, disrespect, name calling and yelling at people that brought their business to him. And all that in less than 5 minutes and without a reason.
I did not appreciate their service upon arrival. It's not about selling the car, it's about finding the car that fit the customer. They tried to force something I did not want, and the salesman did not put me as their priority of service. You guys should reconsider your approach on selling cars because I did not feel welcomed or comfortable. I'm very disappointed.
I was very reluctant to go in and buy a new car. After 20 years of marriage and recently divorced I was starting over this was the first time I was buying a car on my own. Jay, Bob and Marty put me immediately at ease, worked me through the process and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right deal. I ended up with a brand new Ford Explorer. My husband and I bought our Ford Focus & Ford Edge through them a couple years ago and they were wonderful! Nice, curtious and they love there military! We just traded one of the cars in and got a truck! Our sales rep was Sean (aka Fabio) he was Amazing! He worked with us to get us the best deal on our trade and keep our payment low. Sean was Fast and Efficient and very accommodating! We don't have a bad thing to say about the team that works there! When u stop say hi to Bob!
