One of the few car washes where they have towels, window cleaner, and free vacuum cleaners. They have the machines properly adjusted so my mirrors don't get folded going through, like most, and the car is always spotless after going through (Ultimate Wash - most places don't get the bugs off the front). I live a hundred miles away, but make a point to stop whenever I am in the area!

Great customer service. Had a situation with a lost wheel cap after a wash which was taken care of promptly and professionally.
Their staff really do care about customer satisfaction, I once lost my rear wiper blade in their carwash and then mentioned it to the woman behind the counter. After they found it in the wash the next day, their manager called me and asked for some info about my car, then ordered me a new one, free of charge, he even helped me install it. Their wash cleans my car very thoroughly, I love the unlimited wash program and use it at least once a week since the parking lot where I work is directly under a firing squad of Seagull droppings all spring and summer long.
The more expensive wash didn't clean any better than the cheaper wash and the attendant was as pleasant as a rotten lemon.
