Went in and had my haircut. When they were done, I gave them my credit card to apply the charge and they ran it and said their system was down and they could not take credit cards at that time, so I paid with cash. The next day, I noticed that there was a charge on my credit card for the haircut, so I paid twice. I called them and they said they was refund the charge to my credit card. That has not been done.
It's convenient and you don't need an appointment for a haircut.
Have been getting my hair cut by the same stylist here for nearly two years. Always does a great job.
