Though the cost of the insurance through Allstate is higher than most, You are guaranteed great response should you have a claim. When my vehicle was stolen and the police refused to do anything, Allstate was up to date on the situation and though they themselves couldn't do anything until it was returned they were very supportive and helpful in keeping me calm through it all and not stressed over the insurance portion. They were quick to come and assess the damage and to process the claim. I could find cheaper insurance, no doubt of that, but skeptical of how responsive and helpful any other cheaper insurance will be.
Just want to say, I started with Amy Alward the fall of 1993 when I bought my Ford pick up truck. She is an excellent worker for her clients. I have been with her since. Many changes along the way. Her office has grown from two working 7 days a week to I have no idea how many. They are all very helpful. Amy and Jean are my favorites.
