Just went to pick up our wash/dry/fold and, after being quoted a price per lb when we asked about sheets and blankets being washed (not dry cleaned), we were charged $25 to clean (probably dry clean, which we didn't want anyway) a (not expensive) fleece blanket!
They refused to fix the issue and charge us the wash/dry/fold price (which is higher than everyone else in the area.) We were already trying different people because of their inability told fold sheets (they were more rolled up in a ball) and price. My mom warned me about them after they destroyed a number of her sweaters, but they were convenient. Don't go here! A bait and switch rip off!
Horrible customer service. We will never go back to this facility for anything. Every employee (at least 4) has had an attitude towards myself and spouse, about an expensive garment that they damaged. They tried to give the item back without even addressing the damage they did, we had to point it out to them. When bringing it up the cashier said "well I don't know, I didn't sew it." When told the manager will get ahold of me same day, no call. Called next day to talk to 2 employees with zero customer service skills, said manager isnt in the office and they didn't know when they'd be back, because "they don't keep track of them every minute." Never again.
