How the hell does a pizza place not have pepperoni. Why is that every single time I go there, the place is empty. Yet I have to call repeatedly, again and again and again, before someone finally answers the phone!
Pizza was doughy and undercooked. Took an hour to get pizza when told 15 minutes for delivery and when it arrived the cheese has all slid to one side as though it had been carried sideways. Will never go again
I ordered got a text saying my pizza was on the way at 9:55pm at 10:20 i tried calling the store got a recording saying they were closed when they was suppose to be open until 10:30 when i finally got my pizza at 10:30 the top of the box was smashed down and half the toppings was stuck to the top of the box this is the worst service i have got since i been in Maine and i don't recommend anyone ordering from this pizza hut i know i will never order again
EDIT: Also the customer service here is non existent. Every single time I go here, the buzzer rings so they come to the counter and take your order (Most of the time rudely) and the only other time you see a single employee is when they come and put the pizza down on the counter. They don't even walk it out to you sitting at a table. But still have the audacity to ask for tips. Tips for what? What service?
First time at this pizza hut, went in for something quick, and quick it was, also not expensive. Guy at order counter was friendly. Food came as desired. Quiet and not busy, when we had gone to the Saco Pizza Hut we always waited forever even if it was empty. A place we will visit again.
