While the staff is friendly, they are seriously understaffed. Yes, a part time help wanted sign was present in several places. We had to wait 1 HOUR, for staff to return from a big event in Old Orchard, for our rental to be ready. This put us behind on our trip to empty mom's storage unit. So... we DID NOT complete our task and will have to go back to finish the job. Which will cost ... whether we pay for another rental or con a relative into bringing their truck.

Not impressed. I've been waiting to reserve a rental truck, for once I knew the closing date on my house. The price stayed consistent for the last couple of weeks. I finally went to book the rental and it has $900 more than the previous business day!! I called the location to verify and see if they could do anything. They gave me an even HIGHER quote. How is that possible!!? I told the guy on the the phone that he was even higher than the website. He told me i should just do it on line. WOW, great customer service! NOT. I checked with a competitor and they offered me a lower rate and UNLIMITED miles. I will deff NOT recommend Budget, to anyone.
