I moved across the country to another state and an important document was mailed to my old south portland address. I called them around 1pm pdt should have been 4 there, and was on hold for 40 minutes. I needed to talk to them about getting the important package re sent to my new address. 40 minutes on hold is ridiculous. I hung up
