Made the buying process very easy. The sales agent, Tom Davin, did an especially great job. I came into the dealership knowing what vehicle I was interested in, and he didn't pressure me into anything else. Was able to answer all my questions and made sure I left satisfied. Chris, in the finance dept, was also very helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Would definitely do business here again.

Vehicle options are endless. Tell them what you like and if they don’t have one on the lot they can use their massive network of business partners to bring the right car to you. Google reviews don’t lie. Just look at everyone’s positive experience.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment for Nissan service. I was on hold for 27 minutes, got tired of waiting, and hung up. I called back and an automated voice said that person can't be reached. I again hung up and called a third time and spoke with an operator. I told her about my frustrating experience this morning and she simply asked, "Nissan or Honda?" and transferred me without a word. No apology was offered. I am very disappointed in my experience this morning.
I have no complaints until now with Berlin City of Nissan, South Portland.
