This branch took care of my reservation when the Enterprise crew at the Portland Airport location could not deal with me without a credit card. There was nothing on the website mentioning you have to either have a boarding pass from the airport or use a credit card, otherwise you and your debit card will be sent down the road. That policy should be in big red letters on the website. Despite the fact that the team at this second location took care of me well, it isn't fair to them to bring in pissed off customers rejected from the airport who are frustrated, embarrassed, and already happy with Enterprise's service. Do better, corporate. Update the policy online to avoid mistakes like this one.
