I couldn't tell you about the quality of the furniture, as it seems unlikely it will ever make it to my home. We ordered a couch in December and were told it would be 8 weeks to delivery. I have called several times and was always told, "It should be here soon." We we told today 2 more weeks which will be a total of 13 weeks. We will never purchase from this store again.
First of all, the store is amazing. We purchased a few pieces of furniture, which we love. I was pleased from the moment we entered the store that we were not continually approached for assistance, and allowed to shop on our own. When we were ready to speak with someone, we had the most the most amazing help from the salesperson Patty Lebel. She was amazing, and we look forward to working again with her!
We love our new couch! Everyone was very helpful. We could have taken the couch on the floor but we wanted a matching love seat. We ordered both from the factory. It arrived early and delivered to our home without issue. Will buy from them again without thinking twice.
