I find the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I always find what I am looking for and never feel pressured into buying anything I don't want. The last few times I shopped here, the employee I spoke with actually presented options to me that saved me money on my purchase and my monthly bills. Customer service is very important to me, and this location never lets me down.

They actually had what I went for this time. Most of the time only Amazon or online resources do. Good stock of Moto g5splus.
Super long wait for talk with anyone on the phone... But that being said the staff I finally spoke to was pretty prompt and to the point, but friendly which is a plus. I'd personally rate best buy with a 1 star right now based off my online experience. BUT this store location has done a pretty good job and I'll shop their IN PERSON only, never online.
I went to best buy because I know they would have the appliance I needed and I got it a a good price. The Associate was great and know the appliance.
