Had a really good experience here! We were struck with the idea of looking for a bed at 7:30, and they were basically the only open place. We browsed around for probably 10 minutes before anyone approached us, which I really liked. Didn't feel like there was any pressure.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store. I purchased a $1,400 leather couch here a few years back, and also purchased the extra protection plan. I misplaced the 6 inch piece of paper over the years of course, and they have no paper trail of it ever happening. Just SOL now, thanks a lot bedderrest!!! I will tell every single person on every site you guys have not to shop at your store!!!
We were looking for a double recliner and had been at Lazy Boy up the road and dealt with a very rude sales person, we came to your store and Jamie came right over and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We did not buy anything this time, but I just wanted to say thank-you for your wonderful customer service. We have bought furniture in the past at your store and the quality is great as is your staff!
Ken took us around and showed us different types of mattresses and explained all about how they work and what the benefits were. He was very knowledgeable about the industry, and very friendly to deal with.
We had looked at over seven different furniture stores over the course of three months. There wasn't any other store that could compete with the price or the service. We received two new couches and a buffet table. They were delivered and setup for us! The service within the store is unique in that they do not work for commission. We were able to browse, and they were able to answer all of our questions. Knowledgeable staff, excellent service, hassle free setup, and a good price! Need I say more?
