Used to be really nice with excellent service, but definitely going downhill these days. Tonight I get back from travels around Portland, and I come back to a room that has not been serviced at all ... not even clean towels and washcloths. Is this how you treat Marriott Rewards Gold Elite members at this location?
This is Definitely a 5 star hotel! From the front desk service to the restaurant to the spacious, well appointed rooms, this is a Great hotel. We love staying here, especially since they have a concierge level. The concierge room isn't as nice as they are in Europe, but is still quite nice for the U.S. I highly recommend this hotel!
Enjoyed my stay. Used the gym extensively. Restaurant is not over priced. The area around is great for morning walks. Over all very pleasant stay. Would have liked a safe in the room though.
The staff was incredible some of the best service I have ever had. The food was delicious. The venue was clean, beautiful, and charming.
Great staff and atmosphere. Lovely spot on the hill and great parking spot. Away from the busy parts of the town. The hotel event held had a sufficient amount of space for chairs plus a good variety of drinks and foods provided for the event. Temperature was either a bit too warm and then a bit cold at times but eventually evened out by the later half of the event. Comfortable place for a social event!
